Boeing Delta IV Rocket Plant

NSC erected more than 20,000 tons of steel, joists, deck 
and miscellaneous iron for the one-million square-foot 
Boeing Delta IV Rocket Plant.  During the majority of the 
project, eight cranes were operating simultaneously.  


NSC's skill and coordination in making such an operation 
run smoothly was a primary reason the Boeing contract 
was won.  Rockets designed to carry satellites to space 
for the U.S. government and private companies will be 
manufactured in the plant.
