This project was negotiated under the Structural Steel Management Plan, a proprietary management tool NSC uses, which provides clients with a faster, more efficient schedule compared with a typical bid-and-award process, but still offering the price savings of a conventional competitive bid.

Steel was delivered to the jobsite 16 weeks from issue of the drawings without paying any overtime or premiums for material. Seven cranes were used to erect the project and not one was shut down due to lack of material.
