Overhead Crane Infrastructure
NSC performed full detailing and erection of the Melt Shop’s overhead crane system, including crane rail layout, alignment, and setting of the bridge cranes
De-Dusting & Environmental Systems
Installed primary de-dusting hood structures, assembled at grade and erected using tandem pick critical lift methods
Coordinated erection of ET-41 and ET-51 duct support steel systems, including large ground-assembled frames to minimize work at elevation
Ductwork & Equipment Rigging
Installed extensive duct support steel and coordinated duct hoisting following roof steel completion
Utilized pre-assembly and modular erection strategies to improve safety and efficiency
