• Fast-track steel mill project executed under an accelerated schedule
• Received and reassembled a disassembled steel mill shipped from Glasgow, Scotland

Structural Steel Erection & Equipment Rigging

• Coordinated offloading of more than 20,000 individual steel components shipped via jumbo vessels and barges
• Erected 7,500 tons of new structural steel
• Utilized Liebherr 1650 (1,000-ton class crane) in combination with multiple Manitowoc cranes to support heavy lift operations
• Managed erection of large furnace bustle sections weighing approximately 226 tons each
• Completed 14 critical lifts, some exceeding 80 tons

• Refurbished and installed four overhead bridge cranes supporting mill operations
