During COVID-19 operational constraints, NSC developed and deployed proximity-sensor systems that allowed craft personnel to work collaboratively while maintaining required six-foot separation
Schedule Performance
Worked closely with the on-site construction manager to develop optimized erection sequencing, reducing crane count from three to two and shortening the schedule from 13 months to 11 months
