  • Erected approximately 12,100 tons of structural steel and 885,000 square feet of metal deck for phased stadium expansion
  • Performed structural steel erection with the facility in operation, maintaining NFL game schedules
  • Executed heavy column splice welding, including full-penetration welds up to 3 inch thick base material
  • Utilized self-shielded flux-cored and stick welding methods to address wind exposure, access constraints, and joint variability
  • Completed and passed ultrasonic testing of critical welds with a 100% passing rate
