NSC erected approximately 26,000 tons of structural steel as part of the primary rocket manufacturing facility for Boeing’s Delta IV family of launch vehicles.
Installed 1,500,000 sq. ft of metal decking and miscellaneous structural components across the expansive factory structure.
Field assembled and erected 200 ft span trusses to accommodate the aerospace production layout and integrated heavy material handling system.
Heavy lifts executed up to approximately 100 tons, coordinating large structural members and crane path logistics throughout the facility.
Coordinated erection sequencing to support extensive overhead bridge crane systems (30 runways with spans up to ~220 ft and capacities up to ~30 tons) integrated for production workflows.
