NSC utilized four cranes to erect 11,500 tons of structural steel and install 1,300,000 sq. ft. of metal roof deck for the Scout Motors Assembly and Finish buildings at the new electric vehicle production facility in Blythewood, SC.

Structural Steel Erection

  • Erected 11,500 tons of structural steel for the assembly and finishing buildings including 100' span trusses
  • Coordinated erection using (4) cranes to maintain schedule and sequencing

Metal Deck & Building Envelope

  • Installed 1,300,000+ sq. ft. of metal roof deck across multiple manufacturing structures
